Increase the number and diversity of our members.
Given that the demographics of the profession tilt toward an aging and retiring workforce, the replenishment of our active membership with new and energetic individuals with a zeal for participation is critical to the long-term health of the association. I will work to convert student members to regular members and to provide opportunities that engage a diversity of members that is representative of the diversity of America.
